Oops The Email or Password Did Not Match Our Records Please Try Again

As stated in thread title.
I go to log in and get this,Oops! The email or password did not match our records. Please try again.
I requested a verification code be sent to my email.
I enter it, created a new pass word and enter it a, same thing when I try to log in, Oops! The email or password did not match our records. Please try again.
Anyone else having this happen.
I even ran the free C Cleaner to no avail.

I can't think of a reason I would ever have a need to login to best buy, sorry.

Yep...I was gonna buy a Sony - 98" Class Z9G MASTER Series LED 8K UHD Smart Android TV but since I couldn't log in and get my points I decided to not buy from them.

It happened to me on Sunday night. I was trying to buy my wife a new laptop. I kept trying to reset my password via email. It would say it was sent but I never received anything (yes I checked my spam folders). I finally just changed my account email address and had it sent there. Showed up almost instantly.

But some sites say that the username or address is already in use, what a pain.
